A big THANK YOU to Director of Community Services (and task force member) Harry Spila who gave a fantastic presentation at the Council Meeting on Monday, July 18, 2011. Also THANK YOU to Wayne Mikes and Gail Artrip for their invaluable input to the Steering Committee. The village retained the services of the League of Illinois Bicyclists's Ed Barsotti and Spaceco to develop Palatine's comprehensive bike plan. This document will guide the village's bike facility development for at least the next 10 years.
