Learn to ride safely with traffic. Become comfortable riding with cars and so how to drive and share the road with cyclists. Helmets required for all riders. This class is lead by a League Cycling Instructors.
There are two parts to the Smart Cycling class. Part 1 is taken online and takes about 2 hours. This can be found in the Learning Center of League of American Bicyclists: Smart Cycling. There are 3 areas to complete: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. Please send a copy of the completed passed class to: bpc-smartcycling@msc-consulting.org by 5/17/24 (eod). The in-person, riding portion was to be held on May 19th at 9:15a - 2:30p. We are in the MPR(Multi-Purpose Room). Doors open at 9am.

A bag lunch
water, sunscreen, helmet, (snack)

Bike Palatine Club will be covering the $40 cost for BPC club members that attend and pass.
