Host Booths

Distribute Ride information,  promotional and educational pamphlets items at many events through out the year.

Example events:

• Palatine Farmer's Market on Saturdays in both
• Earth Week Fair sponsored by Harper College promoting a Go-Green initiative
• CycleFest as part of StreetFest has become very popular and help is needed in all areas
• Bike Swaps

Rides & Events

Lots of volunteers are needed for our rides and events each year!

At Rides:

• Help at registration area to check in riders, distribute route maps and cue sheets
• Obtain and set-up healthy snack and water area
• Ride leader/marshal
• Greet riders coming back from rides
• Sweep at Rides

July 4th Parade:

• Ride in the parade
• Help to carry banner
• Walk/Ride and distribute BPC flyers

Events:

• Assist with organizing 

Help Us Grow

Spread the word by advertising our rides on cycling web sites and other social media

• Obtain sponsors and donation items for goodie bags and day of event healthy snacks for riders
• Photographers needed along the ride routes and anywhere in Palatine promoting cycling.  Take pictures at Events and before and after.
• Help with mailings, website, signs/posters
• Help with posting on Social Media
• Contribute content
